UrsaKit provides free, browser-based utilities. Processing happens on your device, so we do not receive, inspect, store or back up the content you work with.

The service is offered free of charge and may be changed, extended or discontinued at any time, including individual tools and features.

3.Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and reasonably. In particular, you must not:

• Use the site for anything illegal, infringing or harmful.
• Process content you do not have the rights to.
• Overload, scrape or attack the site with automated requests.
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits or access controls.
• Resell or rebrand the service as your own.

4.Your content and your responsibility

You keep every right to the files and data you process. Because processing happens in your browser, we never receive them and cannot review, restore or recover them.

You are responsible for holding the rights to the content you process, for verifying important output before relying on it, and for keeping your own backups.

The design, source code, text and branding of this site belong to UrsaKit or its licensors, and may not be copied or redistributed except as permitted by law or with written permission.

Names and logos of third-party products mentioned on the site remain the property of their respective owners.

6.No warranty

The site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that a tool will be available, uninterrupted, error-free or accurate for your use case. Always verify important results before depending on them.

7.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UrsaKit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits or business interruption arising from your use of the site.

• We are not responsible for data loss; keep your own copies of anything important.
• Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid us, which is zero for free use.

8.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UrsaKit from claims, damages and costs arising from your use of the site or your breach of these terms — including claims related to content you processed.

9.Availability, changes and termination

We may add, modify, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time without notice. We may also restrict or terminate access if we detect misuse or a violation of these terms.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — disclaimers, liability limits and indemnification — remain in effect afterwards.
